Is CliniWiz HIPAA compliant?
We are currently in the certification process for HIPAA compliance, which we expect to complete by Q3 2025. During this interim period, we implement comprehensive security measures including encryption, access controls, and audit trails. We're happy to provide our current security documentation to healthcare organizations upon request.
Who has access to the information I share?
Only your healthcare provider and their authorized staff can access the information you share through CliniWiz. Access is strictly controlled through a unique code system, ensuring only authorized personnel can view your pre-visit information.
Will this replace my doctor visit?
No. CliniWiz Pre-visit Assistant is designed to enhance—not replace—your healthcare visits. By collecting information beforehand, we help make your actual appointment time more focused and productive, allowing your provider to spend more time addressing your concerns rather than gathering basic information.
What are your future development plans?
We're working on several exciting enhancements scheduled for upcoming releases:
- Copilot with scribe capability
- Easily extensible platform with additional agent capabilities to verify insurance, request prior records etc
- Enhanced personalization and integration into your workflow
